The James Robert Morris Scholarship was established to assist African-American high school students in the Martinsville and Henry County Public School Systems.

This foundation was designed to award qualified seniors that are active in the Smith River Baptist Association with our concentration on but not limited to the three churches Rev. Morris was involved;
